The SP 75 pump is designed for the efficient transfer of liquids containing impurities up to 3 mm in size. Its hydraulic components, including an impeller and nut made of PTB, and a cast iron pump body, make it suitable for use with water, emulsions, and oily substances with a viscosity not exceeding 21 cSt (3° Engel). The maximum liquid temperature should not exceed 70°C.
Applications:
- Machine tools (milling-lathes)
- Glass processing machines (TRI version)
- Surface treatment plants
- Filtration systems
Installation should be on a tank with a capacity proportionate to the flow rate, approximately 4-5 cm from the bottom. Ensure the maximum liquid level in the tank remains 3-4 cm below the support flange. For particularly dirty liquids, it is recommended to construct the tank with compartments to allow sludge to settle before being pumped.
