Description

The SP 50 pump is suitable for transferring liquids containing impurities up to 3 mm in size. Its hydraulic components, including the impeller and nut made of PBT, and the cast iron pump body, allow it to be used with water, emulsions, and oily substances with a viscosity not exceeding 21 cSt (3° Engel). The liquid temperature must not exceed 70°C. Applications: - Machine tools (milling-lathes) - Glass processing machines (TRI version) - Surface treatment plants - Filtration systems Installation should be on a tank with a capacity proportionate to the flow rate, about 4-5 cm from the bottom. Ensure the maximum liquid level in the tank remains 3-4 cm below the support flange. For particularly dirty liquids, it is recommended to build the tank with compartments to allow sludge to settle before being pumped. Rating Plate Data: - Power 1: 1 kW - Power 2: 0.75 kW - Depth Draft: 0 mm - Hydraulic Connection: 1 1/4" - Maximum flow: 288 l/min - Maximum prevalence: 10 m - Maximum impurity size: 3 mm - Impeller type: Open Materials: - Impeller: PBT (option: Cast iron) - Pump body: Cast iron - Impeller-cover: PBT (option: Cast iron) - Shaft: Steel (option: Aisi 416) Suitable for water, emulsions, oily substances (max viscosity 21 cSt) Max liquid temperature: 70°C
