Description

The AP 80B pump is designed for transferring liquids containing impurities up to 2 mm in size. Its hydraulic components, including a cast iron impeller and steel pump body, make it suitable for use with water, emulsions, and oily substances with a viscosity not exceeding 21 cSt (3° Engel). The liquid temperature should not exceed 90°C. Applications: - Machine tools (milling machines, lathes, machining centers) - Glass processing machines - Surface treatment plants - Filtration systems Installation is typically on a tank with a capacity proportional to the flow rate, about 6-7 cm from the bottom. Ensure the maximum liquid level in the tank remains 3-4 cm below the support flange. For particularly dirty liquids, it is advisable to construct the tank with compartments to allow sludge to settle before being pumped. Rating Plate Data: - Power 1: 1.86 kW - Power 2: 1.5 kW - Depth Draft: 320 / 450 / 610 / 860 mm - Hydraulic Connection: 1 1/2" - Maximum Flow: 240 l/min - Maximum Prevalence: 25 m - Maximum Impurity Dimension: 2 mm - Impeller Type: Closed Materials: - Impeller: Cast iron - Pump Body: Steel - Impeller-cover: Cast iron - Shaft: Steel
