The SPV 75 pump is designed for transferring liquids containing impurities up to 3 mm in size. Its hydraulic components, including the impeller, scroll, and pump body, are made of durable Nylon, making it suitable for use with water, emulsions, and oily substances with a viscosity not exceeding 21 cSt. The maximum allowable liquid temperature is 70°C. Common applications include: - Machine tools (milling-lathes) - Glass processing machines (TRI version on 200 and 270 floats) - Printing machines - Air conditioning systems - Spray booths Installation should be on a tank with a capacity proportionate to the flow rate, positioned 3-4 cm from the bottom. Ensure the liquid level remains 3-4 cm below the support flange. For particularly dirty liquids, a compartmentalized tank is recommended to allow sludge to settle before being pumped.
