Overview
The Lucid-X is a small-footprint modular microwave signal generator available in multiple form factors (Desktop, PXIe module, Benchtop, Rackmount, and Portable). Designed for low phase noise and high signal purity, the family covers frequencies up to 40 GHz; the LSX2092B is the 20 GHz dual-channel benchtop configuration.

Modulation and Pulse Performance

  • Pulse modulation: high on/off ratio (typically 70 dB); rise/fall times < 15 ns

Control & Programming
The instrument implements SCPI/VISA architecture for seamless integration. Remote control supported over LAN and USB, with example programming environments including Python, MATLAB, C#/C++ and NI LabVIEW. A virtual front panel is provided for local or networked GUI control.
