The Lucid-X family offers modular, small-footprint microwave signal generators in multiple form factors (Desktop, PXIe module, Benchtop, Rackmount, Portable). The LSX1491R is the 14 GHz single-channel, 19" 1U rackmount model designed for applications requiring low phase noise, high spectral purity and flexible modulation and switching capabilities.

• Signal integrity and purity: Exceptional spectral purity across the family up to 40 GHz. Representative phase noise: -148 dBc/Hz @ 100 MHz (10 kHz offset); -133 dBc/Hz @ 1 GHz (10 kHz offset); -114 dBc/Hz @ 10 GHz (10 kHz offset). Harmonics typically -50 dBc; non-harmonics typically -90 dBc.
• Analog and pulse modulation: Built-in AM, FM, PM and Sweep. FM: deviations up to 10 MHz and rates up to 1 MHz. AM: linear depth up to 90% and rates up to 100 kHz. PM: peak deviation up to 360°. Pulse modulation: high on/off ratio (~70 dB typical) and fast rise/fall times <15 ns.
