The Lucid-X is a small-footprint, modular microwave signal generator available in multiple form factors (Desktop, PXIe module, Benchtop, Rackmount, Portable). Designed to provide low phase noise with frequency coverage up to 40 GHz. The LSX2094R is a 20 GHz, four-channel microwave signal generator in a 19" 1U rack format.

Detailed Functional Features
Signal Integrity and Purity
The Lucid-X family delivers exceptionally low phase noise across up to 40 GHz. Representative phase noise at 10 kHz offset: -148 dBc/Hz at 100 MHz, -133 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz, -114 dBc/Hz at 10 GHz. Harmonics typically at -50 dBc; non-harmonics at -90 dBc. Engineered for Local Oscillators, IMD measurement systems, and high-performance DAC/ADC clocking.

Analog and Pulse Modulation
Provides AM, FM, PM, Sweep and Pulse modulation: FM maximum deviations up to 10 MHz and rates to 1 MHz; AM linear depth up to 90% and rates to 100 kHz; PM peak deviation up to 360°; Pulse Modulation with typical on/off ratio ~70 dB and rise/fall times <15 ns.

Fast Frequency Switching
10 µs frequency switching capability (ultra-fast switching option available) to support rapid automated testing and simulation of frequency-hopping/radar/EW scenarios.

Control and Programming
Uses industry-standard SCPI and VISA architecture for remote control. Interfaces include LAN and USB. Easily programmable from Python, MATLAB, C#/C++, LabVIEW. Includes a virtual front panel GUI for local or remote control.
