Description

Overview
The Lucid-X is a small-footprint modular microwave signal generator available in multiple form factors (Desktop, PXIe module, Benchtop, Rackmount, Portable). Designed for low phase noise and high spectral purity, it supports frequency coverage up to 40 GHz and can be configured as a multi-channel, coherent source in compact rack or benchtop formats.

Analog, Pulse and Modulation Capabilities
The Lucid-X family offers rich analog modulation and pulse capabilities: FM with maximum deviations up to 10 MHz and rates up to 1 MHz; AM with linear depth up to 90% and rates up to 100 kHz; PM with peak deviation up to 360°; high-performance pulse modulation with on/off ratios typically ~70 dB and rise/fall times <15 ns.

Multi-Channel & Fast Frequency Switching
The rack-mounted LSX4094R provides four microwave outputs in a single 1U, 19" enclosure. The platform supports separate or phase-coherent multi-channel operation, saving rack space while enabling synchronized multi-channel test setups used in radar, EW, phased arrays and quantum experiments.

Control and Programming
Remote control via industry-standard SCPI/VISA architecture. Supported integration with Python, MATLAB, C#/C++, LabVIEW and virtual front panel control for local or network operation.
