Horizontal Stone Lifting Clamp AHLC-2010-4T – Heavy-Duty Clamp for Stone Slabs and Precast Concrete Panels
The Aardwolf Horizontal Stone Lifting Clamp AHLC-2010-4T is a heavy-duty horizontal lifting clamp designed for handling large stone slabs, precast concrete panels and other heavy slab-format materials.
With a 4,000 kg working load limit (WLL) and a wide grip range of 300–2,010 mm, the AHLC-2010-4T is suitable for demanding lifting applications in stone processing, precast concrete production, construction and infrastructure projects.
The clamp connects to a crane or lifting system through its reinforced central lifting eye. During lifting, the load is securely held by friction between the replaceable high-friction rubber pads and the material surface. Once the load is lowered and fully supported, the automatic locking and release mechanism allows the clamp to be removed efficiently.
Its heavy-duty structural frame provides stable horizontal handling of large and dense materials. How It Works
The clamp connects to a crane or lifting system via the central lifting eye. Before lifting, adjust the jaw opening to match the material thickness and fully insert the slab into the clamp jaws. As the lift is applied the clamp secures the load by friction between the pads and the material surface. After the load is set down and supported, the latch releases automatically to allow removal of the clamp.
