The Aardwolf Barrier Lifter ABL255-3000 is a heavy-duty lifting clamp designed for the safe and efficient handling of concrete barriers, granite slabs, sandstone blocks, stone blocks and other heavy rigid materials.
With a 3,000 kg working load limit and a 100–255 mm grip range, the ABL255-3000 is suitable for construction sites, precast concrete plants, stone processing facilities and industrial material handling applications.
The gravity-controlled clamping mechanism automatically closes around the load during lifting and opens when the clamp is rested. Its automatic locking and unlocking action simplifies repetitive lifting operations and reduces manual handling.
Contact surfaces are fitted with vulcanized rubber pads to provide reliable gripping while helping protect the material surface. A rubber-lined protective bar further reduces the risk of chipping during lifting and positioning.
