High-speed mini-centrifuge Microspin 12 is a compact benchtop centrifuge designed for biomedical laboratories. It is intended for RNA/DNA extraction, sedimentation of biological components and biochemical or chemical analysis of micro-samples.

Design and features
A brushless motor ensures quiet operation at maximum speed and long service life. An angular aluminium rotor accommodates 12 Eppendorf microtubes and spin columns; the rotor includes a fixing lid. Constant airflow around the rotor reduces the risk of sample overheating. Metal protective inserts in the casing and lid, automatic imbalance shutdown and lid locking provide safe operation. Completion of centrifugation is indicated by an audible signal. External power supply allows operation in cold rooms (ambient temperature from +4°C to +40°C).
