Description

Overview
The LF3015E is a fiber laser cutting machine designed for industrial metal sheet cutting, combining a third-generation aviation aluminum gantry beam with precision transmission components.

Beam and mechanical structure
The gantry uses aerospace-grade extruded aluminum treated to T6 hardness with 4300-ton press forming and aging, providing high stiffness, low weight and improved processing speed.

Stainless steel protection design
The working area is protected with 304 stainless steel panels to prevent high-temperature cutting sparks from damaging machine surfaces.

Autofocus cutting head
  • Without manual focusing The software automatically adjusts the focus lens for automatic piercing and cutting of plates with different thicknesses, accelerating setup compared with manual focusing.
  • Bigger adjustment range Adjustment range -10 mm to +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for plate thicknesses from 0 to 20 mm.
  • Long service life The collimator and focus lenses feature water-cooled heat sinks to reduce cutting head temperature and extend service life.


IPAD Designing Screen
The operator interface uses a vertical tablet-style display with fast response, high contrast, wide viewing angle, low power consumption and a durable glass panel.

Transmission and precision
The machine is equipped with servo drive systems, a precision reducer and precision rack and guide components. Repeat positioning accuracy: ±0.02 mm. Expected service life: over 10 years.
