Industrial fiber laser tube cutting machine for steel and alloy pipes, designed for accurate and stable processing of long and thin-walled sections.

Key features

• Three-chuck full stroke: three chucks positioned on the same side of the cutting head jointly clamp the pipe to prevent sagging and ensure high machining accuracy.
• Side-hung bed frame with high-low rail layout: lowers the center of gravity for safer loading and provides an optimized rail arrangement for rigidity.
• Independent servo-driven support at loading/unloading ends: supports pipes vertically and horizontally to stabilize slender profiles during transfer.
• Heavy-duty pneumatic chucks and zero-tailings cutting: pneumatic chuck options enable stable, non-damaging clamping and coordinated chuck movement achieves tail-free cutting.
• Whole-pipe processing up to 12 m: integrated handling for loading, cutting and unloading of pipes up to 12,500 mm.
• Universal profile compatibility: suitable for round, square, rectangular pipes, channel steel, angle steel and I-beams.
