LF3015CNR is a dual‑use CNC fiber laser cutting machine engineered to cut both metal plates and circular tubes. The integrated plate-and-pipe design saves floor space and increases throughput for industrial fabrication.

3rd generation aviation aluminum gantry
Manufactured to aerospace standards by 4300‑ton press extrusion and aging treatment to reach 6061 T6 equivalent strength. The aluminum gantry offers high toughness, low weight, corrosion resistance and improved dynamic performance.

Dual use and space saving
The LF3015CNR performs plate and pipe cutting in one cell, reducing footprint compared with separate machines and improving workflow efficiency.

Clamp design
Electric clamps on both sides with automatic center modulation. Diagonal clamping adjustment range: 20–200 mm for secure and repeatable tube holding.

Fractional automatic tube support
Intelligent segmented tube supports prevent deformation during cutting of long sections and maintain concentricity throughout the process.

Automatic focusing (no manual operation)

• No manual focusing — Software‑driven lens control enables automatic piercing and cutting across varying plate thicknesses.
• Wide adjustment range — Focus range −10 mm to +10 mm, resolution 0.01 mm; suitable for plate thicknesses from 0 to 20 mm.

Segmented rectangular‑tube welded bed
The bed uses an aircraft‑type metal honeycomb assembled from multiple rectangular tubes with internal stiffeners for high rigidity, tensile strength and guide‑rail stability.
