Overview
The SAG Series dual-track ultra-wide groove laser cutting machine uses a linear multi-track structure to provide stable, high-speed motion. It is offered in wide and long formats with customizable widths up to 6 m and lengths up to 60 m to accommodate large workpieces.

Performance
The dual-track Y-axis configuration delivers enhanced dynamic response with a maximum acceleration of 1.4G and a maximum linkage speed of 140 m/min. The separated platform and bed design reduces load impact on the bed frame to extend component life while maintaining sustained precision and cutting efficiency.

Bevel Cutting Capability
Bevel cutting from 0° to 45° is supported by an AB double-pendulum mechanism, enabling multi-angle groove cutting including X, Y and V profiles across the full range of permitted angles.

Fume & Dust Removal
The "Following Wind + Array Extraction" system uses three high-power axial fans that reciprocate along the crossbeam to provide blowing, combined with synchronized, zone-based smoke extraction at the fixed cutting table to improve fume and dust removal efficiency.

Safety & Monitoring
Multiple safety protections include safety grating installed at both beam ends and a high-definition intelligent real-time monitoring system for full-process visibility and control of cutting operations.

Design & Optional Features
Optional equipment includes platform, drawer and enclosure. An optional visual-waste system offers accurate contour extraction for irregular remnants with one-click batch scanning and automatic nesting to improve throughput and material utilization.
