Aerospace-grade aluminum gantry (third generation)
Manufactured to aerospace standards by 4300-ton press extrusion and subjected to aging treatment to achieve 6061 T6 strength. The aviation-grade aluminum gantry provides low weight, good toughness, corrosion resistance and improved processing speed.

Safety and enclosed fume extraction

• Fully enclosed machine design.
• Observation window fitted with European CE standard laser protective glass.
• Cutting fumes are filtered inside the enclosure to minimize emissions and environmental impact.

Dual-rail and dual-driver Y-axis design
Both sides of the Y-axis use dual guide rails and dual ball-screw drivers to prevent screw bending and cutting-line deformation, ensuring linearity and arc accuracy during high-speed cutting.

Automatic focusing (no manual operation)

• No manual focusing: Control software adjusts the focusing lens automatically for piercing and cutting plates of varying thickness; automatic adjustment is up to ten times faster than manual focusing.
• Wide adjustment range: -10 mm to +10 mm, accuracy 0.01 mm; suitable for plates from 0 to 20 mm thickness.
• Extended component life: Collimator and focus lenses feature water-cooled heat sinks to reduce cutting-head temperature and extend service life.

Transmission and precision
G.WEIKE fiber laser cutting machines are equipped with Panasonic servo motors (Japan), imported TBI dual-driver ground ball screws on the Y-axis, imported TBI ground ball screw on the X-axis and Hiwin linear guides. Repeat positioning accuracy up to ±0.02 mm, maximum cutting acceleration 0.5G and expected working life over 10 years.
