Overview
The SL Series ground-rail fiber laser cutting machine is a modular large-format system engineered for precise, high-throughput metal cutting. Designed with separate lathe bed and workbench, it supports customizable lengths, zone-based ventilation, crossbeam safety curtains and optional multi-angle bevel cutting.

Modular Bed
The modular lathe bed allows custom lengths. The bed and workbench are designed and manufactured separately. Large-section rectangular tubes are welded and stress-relieved, ensuring structural stability, repeatable accuracy and simplified transport.

Customized Format
Machine configurations are adaptable to customer requirements, supporting different large-format processing layouts and material handling setups.

Ventilation by Zones
Zone ventilation provides right-side blowing and left-side suction to control fumes and reduce carbon deposition, maintaining a cleaner cutting environment and improving cut quality.

Safety Light Curtain Protection
Protective light curtains mounted on both sides of the crossbeam deliver continuous operator protection along the cutting span and help prevent collision-related incidents.

Bevel Cutting (optional)
Optional 0–45° multi-angle full bevel cutting enables single-pass bevel profiles for welded edge preparation and complex part geometries. Available accessories: bevel cutting head, operator platform and drawer for consumables.

Intelligent Functions and Options

• Air pressure DA correction: precise control to reach set outlet pressure values.
• Automatic nozzle replacement: optional module to support unmanned or automated workflows.
• Intelligent vibration suppression: real-time Z-axis adjustment to minimize cutting jitter.
• Follower collision sensing: reduces collision risk caused by warped or irregular workpieces.
