• Front chuck offset enables ultra-short remnant processing on tubes of any length; final cut can use dual-chuck clamping for improved stability.
• Minimum remnant length down to 30 mm; optional servo-driven auxiliary gripper permits zero-remnant cutting workflows.
• 90° side-mounted bed lowers the center of gravity to enhance cutting stability, simplify loading/unloading and reduce maintenance complexity.
• High throughput with maximum chuck rotation speeds up to 200 r/min (configuration-dependent) to increase capacity and shorten lead times.
• Modular loading options including semi-automatic and fully automatic systems to enable automated feeding of multiple tubes and reduce manual labor.
• Optional dual-zone follow-up supports for precise centering in the loading area and a follow-up flap at unloading to ensure stable ejection and consistent conveyance.
