Product overview
The THCLQ articulated connector connects 2 square tubes using a multi-part hinge system designed for angular adjustment. The connector includes 2 conical nut cavities for hexagonal nuts; tube profiles must be drilled at the corresponding positions to accept the nuts.

Adjustment ranges
The articulation system offers two continuous adjustment ranges depending on the reference: 0°–190° or 45°–200°.

Operating modes

• Type 1: Free rotation.
• Type 2: Rotation with 15° internal serration.

Materials

• Body material: PA6 (polyamide 6) or PA6GF30 (PA6 + 30% glass fiber). PA6GF30 versions include glass-fiber reinforcement for increased rigidity and improved dimensional and thermal stability.
