Presentation
The THCLP hinge connector is designed to join 2 square tubes. Articulation range, rotation type and locking mode depend on the reference (see 'Angle' column). Dimensions are expressed in: Millimetres.

Materials
Body in Nylon (PA6) or PA6GF30 (PA6 + 30% glass fiber). Glass-fiber reinforced versions provide increased stiffness and improved dimensional and thermal stability.

Modes of operation

• Type 1 : Free rotational movement.
• Type 2 : Rotational movement with 15° internal teeth.
• Type 3 : Rotational movement with internal blocker at 0°, 90°, 180° positions.
• Type 4 : Rotational movement with locking stop at 180°.
