Product OverviewThe HBS3000-210 is a digital Brinell hardness tester designed for hardness measurement of cast iron, steels, nonferrous metals and nonmetallic materials. It features a precision stepper-motor closed-loop force control and wide selectable test forces (1839 N / 187.5 kgf, 7355 N / 750 kgf, 29400 N / 3000 kgf) to cover testing from soft metals to cemented carbides. Indentation measurement is performed manually using a micrometer eyepiece. The instrument integrates optical, mechanical and electrical systems and is suitable for factory workshops, quality control laboratories and research institutions.
