Description

Product Overview This QHV-1000TPTA micro‑Vickers hardness tester integrates mechanical, optical and computer technologies to perform fully automatic HV/HK hardness testing with digital display. It supports automatic turret switching (objectives and indenter), automatic diagonal measurement input from images, automated hardness calculation, data storage, display, printing and hardness conversion. It is designed for small metal parts, thin sections, metal foils, hardened layers and surface treatments (electroplating, nitrided, carburized, cyanided) as well as non‑metallic materials (jewellery, ceramics, glass) that require low test forces.

Key Functional Summary Image‑processing microhardness tester with a high‑precision automated stage enabling autofocus, automated loading/holding/unloading, programmable point patterns and automated reporting. Results and images can be exported or transmitted over a network for laboratory workflows and QA traceability.
