The HV-5SPTA is an optomechatronic micro-Vickers hardness tester that integrates a high-magnification optical measurement system with photoelectric sensing. It is designed for precise testing of small components, thin sheets, metal foils, electroplated coatings, glass, ceramics and surface-hardened layers (induction-hardened, carburized). Indentation measurement is performed manually via a micrometer eyepiece; the instrument provides automatic loading, holding and unloading and supports laboratory and research use.
