Product Overview
The HBRV-187.5S is a digitally displayed Brinell‑Rockwell‑Vickers hardness tester that integrates optical, mechanical and electronic systems. It supports Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers testing methods in one instrument. A microcontroller‑based control system and an electronic closed‑loop loading mechanism enable automated force application, dwell and release. Indentation measurement is performed using a micrometer eyepiece while loading and force control are automated. The instrument is designed for foundries, metallurgy, forging, power generation and research laboratories.
