The HVA-1000T is a benchtop micro‑Vickers hardness tester integrating mechanical, optical and computing technologies. It delivers precise, repeatable hardness measurements for small metal components, thin sections, metal foils, electroplated coatings, nitrided and carburized layers, as well as non‑metallic materials such as jewelry, ceramics and glass. The instrument supports manual indentation measurement with a micrometer eyepiece and offers optional automation and image‑processing software to streamline laboratory and quality‑control workflows.
