Product Overview
The HV-5/10/30/50MPTA Vickers hardness tester is designed for measuring metallic materials (small components, thin sheets, metal foils, wires, thin hardened layers, electroplated coatings) and selected non-metallic materials (glass, jewelry, ceramics). It supports microstructure-aware testing such as induction-hardened or carburized layers. The HV-5/10MPTA is an opto-mechatronic integrated instrument featuring a high-magnification optical measurement system with dual-channel optics, photoelectric and optical-encoder sensing. Touch-screen operation enables automatic input of indentation length; the LCD displays applied test force, dwell time, measurement count and hardness results.
