The HVA-1000STA is an entry-level micro-Vickers hardness tester designed for precision hardness measurement of small metal parts, thin sections, foils, electroplated and thermochemical layers, as well as non-metallic materials such as jewelry, ceramics and glass. Key characteristics include a digital direct-read display, automatic turret, precision XY stage and optional CCD image processing (Vickers/Knoop). Indentation alignment is performed with a micrometer eyepiece; load control and dwell time are automated for repeatable results. The instrument conforms to GB/T 4340.2, ISO 6507 and ASTM E92 standards.
