Product Overview
The HRS-150S Pro Rockwell hardness tester is designed for measuring Rockwell hardness of hard metals, alloys, non-ferrous metals, alloy steels, tool steels, quenched steels, thin sheets, stainless steels, cast irons, powder metallurgy materials, copper and copper alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys, and hard plastics. The instrument integrates an 8-inch high-definition touchscreen with an opto-electro-mechanical design and uses a precision stepper motor for automatic application, dwell and release of test forces. Hardness values are calculated automatically by the embedded software and displayed on the screen; the system can generate result curves for each test set. The unit includes a built-in printer and supports RS-232, Ethernet and USB interfaces for printing and exporting data.
