Product Overview
The Auto-HRSA-150S is a high-precision, fully automated Rockwell hardness tester integrating optical, electronic and mechanical systems with an 8-inch touchscreen HMI. It performs complete Rockwell and superficial Rockwell test cycles automatically and is designed for metallurgy, machinery, automotive, mold manufacturing, heat treatment, quality inspection bodies and research institutions. It is intended as standard equipment for material hardness testing and quality control.

• One-Click Test: Single-button operation raises the worktable to the optimal position and starts automatic testing; after the test the table descends a preset distance for fast point switching, improving testing efficiency and success rate.
