Description

The MC1000e-1 is a single axis DC servo controller designed for submicron positioning applications. It is compatible with Siskiyou's 800 and 7000 series actuators, manipulators, and stages. The controller features simple push-button operation and offers two preset speed settings: rapid (1.7 mm/second) and medium (300 µm/second). A third speed selector (slow) is adjustable via a 330° potentiometer, allowing for variable speeds from 50 µm/second down to 2 µm/second. At the slowest setting, the controller enables consistent 0.2 µm moves with a simple bump of an axis button. Encoder feedback from the motor ensures precise device movement and allows integration with the DR1000 digital readout for repeatable positioning. The MC1000e-1 uses a CE certified power supply for clean DC power.
