The HL.500-XY Series Stage is a precision XY stage equipped with crossed roller bearings, designed for exceptional stability, linearity, and minimal stiction even under heavy loads. This stage incorporates 20% more bearings than standard, resulting in improved bidirectional linearity across the entire travel range, with notable performance at the travel limits. It supports a variety of manual and motorized actuators, including manual actuators, differential micrometers, and both open-loop and closed-loop drives. Each axis features an individual non-influencing lock that secures the stage position, even under a 3g jolt. The HL.500-XY is compatible with MX-AB and MX-AB2 vertical mounting blocks, and can be combined with 100cr or 200cr stages to create a high load XYZ stage system.
