The 100cri, 100cri-A, 200cri and 200cri-A motorized crossed roller bearing translation stages offer exceptionally smooth linear travel. The time-tested design has been improved with the addition of more bearing area than similar stages, reducing non-linear motion when changing directions. The 200cri and 200cri-A models integrate 200cr and 200cr-A translation stages with 841 actuators, creating a more compact package. These stages are driven by e series and MC2010 controllers through a closed loop interface between the controller and motor encoder, ensuring high resolution of 0.2 µm and 0.1 µm, respectively.
