OverviewDX series Vacuum Melt Spinning System (DX-II) is laboratory equipment for preparing metastable and amorphous materials by ejecting molten metal/alloy onto a high-speed rotating copper roll under high vacuum, achieving extremely high cooling rates (10^4 K/s to 10^6 K/s) and enabling formation of amorphous/metastable phases.
