Description
Overview
The DXSF-1200 is a vertical, fully automated vacuum hot-press sintering furnace designed for vacuum, inert-gas (argon, nitrogen) or air sintering and hot-press molding of ceramics, refractory metals and powder-metallurgy materials. Intended for laboratory, R&D and small-scale production.
Main structure
Construction: stainless-steel furnace body with brushed finish.
Main components: furnace body and cover, heating/insulation/temperature system, vacuum system, gas inflation system, water cooling, control system, and hydraulic/pneumatic pressurization system.
Heating, insulation and temperature control
Heating: resistance-wire heating for temperature uniformity; heating element: Swedish Kanthal A1 (imported).
Insulation: high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber formed by vacuum suction filtration to minimize particle shedding and ensure thermal stability; resistance-wire spacing optimized via thermal simulation.
Control & measurement: Dexinmag programmable temperature controller (standard) with 30-segment programming, intelligent PID, over-temperature and burnout protection, 485 communication (software optional), power-off protection; thyristor control and digital display. PLC touch-screen control and data logging for process analysis.
Vacuum system
Includes mechanical pump, inflation/deflation/vacuum valves, vacuum gauges, bellows, pipelines and supports.
Using FX-series vacuum pump: cavity pressure can reach <100 Pa.
Vacuum gauge: ZDR-1 resistance vacuum gauge, range 0.1 Pa ~ 1×10^5 Pa.
Inflating (gas) system
Pipeline and valve assembly; optional explosion-proof configuration. Automatic venting when pressure exceeds safety limit. Needle valve on the gas line; optional flow meter for controlled argon/nitrogen atmosphere.
Mold, pressurization and cooling
Mold: high-purity graphite high-temperature mold; working pressure up to 50 MPa.
Pressurization: pressure and hold time programmable via touch screen; maximum pressing stroke 100 mm; indenter diameter 60 mm; pressure accuracy ±100 Kg; example indicated pressure up to 5 MPa gauge.
Water cooler: cooling-water rated pressure 0.1 – 0.2 MPa.
Applications and capabilities
Suitable for vacuum or inert-atmosphere sintering of transparent and technical ceramics, refractory-metal alloys, silicon carbide, silicon nitride and other high-temperature materials; sintering, annealing, brazing and degassing of powders/compacts below main-component melting point.
