Overview
The MD1 Electric Hoist is a compact electric wire rope hoist designed for single-beam cranes, warehouse handling and bridge applications. It provides dual-speed hoisting for precise load placement, a three-stage helical gear reducer for smooth power transmission, and a conical-rotor hoisting motor with high starting torque. Built components and safety devices meet industrial requirements for reliability and maintainability.

• Dual-speed operation (normal / low) enables controlled loading and unloading at reduced speed.

• Transmission: three-stage fixed-shaft helical gear reducer; gears and shafts made of heat-treated alloy steel.
• Housing: high-quality cast-iron box and cover, tightly assembled and well sealed for long service life.
• Electrical safety: main-circuit emergency cut-off and up/down travel limiters (fire cut-off limiter).
• Wire rope: GB1102-74 (6 x 37 + 1) hoisting steel wire rope for durability.
• Motor: conical rotor asynchronous hoisting motor providing large lifting torque without an additional brake; duty cycle 25%; insulation class B or F; protection IP44/IP54.
• Control: hand-operated button switch; available in cable operation or cordless wireless remote control.
