Description

The BAP 319-D4 series of IP66 rated industrial DC-DC converters use high efficiency power conversion topology to deliver up to 500W output power. They are packaged in waterproof, rugged, die cast aluminum IP66 enclosures and are protected from the ingress of water, fog, sand, metal dust, dust, oil, insects and other contaminants. Similar designs available from 30W to 3000W. Key Specifications • 500W industrial quality DC-DC converters; • Input options: 24Vdc (21-29V), 48Vdc (42-56V), or 125Vd (105-145V). 12Vdc with derating; • Output options: 12V, 24V, 48V or 125Vdc; • Installed in IP66-rated die cast aluminium packages; • Protected from the ingress of water from powerful jets, fog, sand, metal dust, dust, oil, insects; • Sealed circular connectors, cable glands or custom connections; • Application-specific vents for pressure equalization; • Cooling: natural convection and conduction; • Operating temperature range: -25°C to +55°C; • EMI: EN 55032 Class A with wide margins, Class B on request; • D4-IP66-rated enclosure dimensions: 230 x 113 x 448 mm / 9.1″ x 4.5″ x 17.6″ (W x H x D).
