Clean room tweezer 5-090-V

The ESD plastic precision tweezers set VARIO is a 5-piece antistatic tweezers kit designed for safe handling of sensitive components in cleanrooms and electronic assembly environments. It includes a dissipative tool holder (VARIO) for storage and quick identification of tools.

Key features

• Includes dissipative tool holder (VARIO) with conductive coating (approx. 10^5 Ω).

Area of application
The tweezers are permanently antistatic and electrically conductive, suitable for work in cleanrooms or on technical equipment such as sensors, lithography machines, mirrors and optics of laser equipment, as well as general machine and apparatus construction. They provide coordinated tip closure to hold components with constant pressure. The VARIO tool holder accepts pliers, tweezers, screwdrivers or round objects up to 9 mm diameter and features a lower recess to quickly identify tool tips and a locking aid to keep tools in position.

Technical description
Material: PA12 Vestamid L-series (cleanroom compatible). Properties: water repellent, exceptional impact and notch impact strength (even well below freezing), very good resistance to greases, oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids, many solvents and salt solutions, excellent stress cracking and abrasion resistance, low dry sliding friction compared with common plastics, noise and vibration damping. Tool stand VARIO tronics is made of 1.5 mm sheet steel with black ESD powder coating (conductive approx. 10^5 to 10^9 Ω).
