Area of application
The VARIO tronics ESD tool holder provides organized storage for ESD hand tools so that pliers, tweezers and screwdrivers remain accessible. It is intended for use in electrostatically protected areas (EPA) and can be used as a table stand or wall-mounted holder to reduce uncontrolled discharges.

Technical description
The holder is manufactured from 1.5 mm sheet steel with a dissipative powder coating (RAL 7035) that is scratch-resistant. It accommodates round tools up to Ø 9 mm in eight slots and includes a lower recess for quick identification of blades or tips. A rear locking aid secures tools in position and small noses on the upper edge of the suspension rail prevent slipping. The unit can stand on a workbench or be mounted on the wall using two Ø 6 mm holes.
