Area of application
An SMD vacuum pipette (vacuum tool) enables easy and direct placement of components, especially those that are very small and difficult to grasp by hand. In electronics manufacturing the pipette is used to facilitate assembly and improve placement accuracy on printed circuit boards.

Technical description
The pipette consists of a thin hollow tube with a tip placed on the component. Vacuum is generated by gently pressing the black thumb button, allowing the component to be sucked up and then released for precise placement. Conductive suction cups and conductive needles reduce electrostatic build-up during pick-and-place operations.
