Workpiece component holder 9-261-ESD

The ESD ball joint base SPANNFIX for screwing on (threaded pin 20 mm) is a dissipative, 360° rotatable ball-joint quick-release holder designed to secure heavy components and enable precise alignment in electrostatically protected areas (EPA). It provides stepless locking and is suitable for connection to workbenches, tables or adapter mounts.

Area of application
Ball-joint holders are available with different ball diameters and corresponding holding forces. Minimal lever pressure enables stepless locking with high holding capacity. Typical uses include quick clamping and precise alignment of cameras, monitors, sensors and measuring instruments; fixtures in instrument and model making; carving plates in woodworking; and repair work on e-scooters, e-bikes and bicycles. The vice fastening fits table thicknesses up to 80 mm; the screw-on base is fastened via four Ø 9 mm through-holes. High-performance magnets are available for quick-change individual fastening.
