Description

Short description
  • Worktop with melamine resin coating, thickness 22 mm.
  • Both faces with light-grey melamine direct coating according to DIN68765. Splashproof and stain-resistant.
  • Surface properties per EN14322/EN14323: abrasion resistance Class 3A, scratch resistance N>1.5, stain resistance ≥3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, petrol), crack resistance ≥3, cigarette burn behavior Class 3, steam resistance Class 4.
  • Certificate of harmlessness regarding migration behavior, making it suitable for use in food-related areas.
  • Covering normally flammable (B2) according to DIN4102. Panel core: chipboard to EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light-grey antistatic ABS edging.


System frame / Dimensions
  • System underframe W700 × D500 × H650–1000 mm.
  • 4-leg frame with two pairs of profile steel tube feet (45×45×3 mm) including central depth bracing.
  • Frame feet fitted with 4 swivel castors, 2 with brakes (wheel Ø100 mm, overall height 125 mm, tread thermoplastic rubber (grey, non-marking, 85° Shore), wheel body polypropylene).
  • Frame feet with integrated height adjustment using aluminum profile (40×40 mm), allowing stepless working-height adjustment via the profile slot.
  • Crossmembers of profile steel tube (35×35×2 mm) under the worktop (front, rear) and depth bracing of angle iron (40×35×2 mm) with mounting adapters (left, right).
