Description

• EGB worktop with conductive HPL surface (HPL) thickness 30 mm. Surface with 0.8 mm conductive light-grey HPL layer according to EN 438. Splash-proof and stain-resistant. High abrasion, scratch and impact resistance. Resistant to weak acids, alkalis and common cleaning agents. Cover classified normally flammable (B2) per DIN 4102. Core made of volume-conductive particleboard according to EN 309 / EN 312 (emission class E1). Underside with conductive counterbalancing layer. All-round light-grey antistatic ABS edge.
• Top surface is volume-conductive and suitable for ESD-protected areas.

Frame and chassis

• 4-foot frame with two pairs of frame feet made from profile steel tube (45 x 45 x 3 mm) including central depth bracing.
• Frame feet fitted with 4 swivel castors, 2 with brakes (wheel Ø 100 mm, overall height 125 mm). Tread made of electrically conductive thermoplastic rubber (grey, non-marking, 85° Shore), wheel body made of polypropylene.
• Upper frame feet with integrated height adjustment using aluminium profile (40 x 40 mm) for stepless working height adjustment. Transverse braces from profile steel tube (35 x 35 x 2 mm) under the worktop (front, rear) and depth braces from angle iron (40 x 35 x 2 mm) with mounting adapters (left, right).
