Description

Description
  • Beech solid worktop, 40 mm thickness.
  • Top made from finger-jointed beech lamellas. Front edge radius, other edges chamfered. Surface protected with eco-friendly lacquered oil. Classic industrial worktop: load-bearing, pressure-resistant, durable and wear-resistant. 100% in-house production using PEFC-certified raw material from sustainable/regional forestry.
  • System underframe dimensions: W1245 x D650 x H840 mm.
  • 4-leg welded frame with two pairs of frame feet made from 45x45x2 mm hollow steel profile including depth bracing (top and bottom). Frame feet fitted with end caps including anti-slip studs for secure footing.
  • Under-mounted lowering chassis with eccentric lever (right). Operation of the eccentric lever permitted up to a maximum additional load of 300 kg. Chassis can be retracted and extended with the eccentric lever. Chassis equipped with 2 rigid and 2 swivel castors (wheel Ø 100 mm, overall height 125 mm, tread thermoplastic rubber, wheel body polypropylene). Rigid castors left, swivel castors right (mounted on plates).
  • Bottom storage shelf (depth 650 mm, rear flush with system underframe, compartment height 620 mm).
  • Slide handles supplied loose.

  • 1 left underframe container, W330 x D650 x H620 mm: 1 sliding door, behind it 1 vice (jaw width 120 mm) with flip-lift.
  • 1 right underframe container, W580 x D650 x H620 mm: 5 drawers size L (2xH90, 3xH120 mm). Internal drawer dimension W490 x D560 mm, load capacity 100 kg.
  • Roll-mounted partial-extension slides (90% extension) with self-return and anti-reverse. Usable drawer height equals front height minus 15 mm. Drawer pan fully closed for optimal use with drawer divider sets.
  • Continuous handle strip ErgoScript®: steel base with aluminium-coloured overlay and integrated transparent cover (label strip included).
  • Central lock (pin tumbler lock with 2 keys).
  • Vice: quality steel, hardened; jaw width 120 mm, clamping depth 82.5 mm, clamping span 146 mm, anvil 75 x 75 mm, overall length 365 mm, base diameter 150 mm. Adjustable guides; MDS for quick removal of the spindle key; extra-large hardened anvil.
  • Flip-lift: vice foldable under the worktop using flip-lift; integrated height adjustment and rotation for ergonomic operation.
