Description

Short description
  • Mobile workbench trolley from Series E with high-pressure laminate (HPL) worktop.
  • Worktop: HPL 30 mm, top layer 0.8 mm light grey HPL according to DIN EN 438; splash-proof, dirt-resistant, high abrasion resistance, scratch and impact resistant; resistant to weak acids, alkalis and common household chemicals; surface classification normally flammable (B2) according to DIN 4102. Core: particleboard to EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). Underside with balancing backing; all-round light grey antistatic ABS edging.
  • System base: nominal size W700 x D500; height-adjustable (range and mechanism see technical specifications).


Construction / Base frame
  • 4-leg frame with two pairs of feet made of profile steel tube (45 x 45 x 3 mm) including central depth reinforcements.
  • Frame feet fitted with 4 castors, 2 with locks (wheel Ø 100 mm, overall height 125 mm). Tread made of thermoplastic rubber (grey, non-marking, 85° Shore); wheel body polypropylene.
  • Top of feet with integrated height adjustment using aluminium profile (40 x 40 mm); profile groove allows stepless adjustment of working height.
  • Cross braces from profile steel tube (35 x 35 x 2 mm) under the worktop (front, rear) and depth braces from angle iron (40 x 35 x 2 mm) with mounting adapters (left, right).


Storage / Additional equipment
  • Shelf with melamine resin coating, W608 x D470 x T22 mm; both sides light grey melamine direct coating according to DIN 68765; splash-proof and dirt-resistant; surface properties per EN14322/EN14323 (abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, stain resistance etc.).
