Description

• Worktop with melamine resin coating, thickness 22 mm.
• Top and underside with light-grey melamine resin direct coating. Melamine resin coating according to DIN 68765. Splash-proof and stain-resistant. Surface properties according to EN14322/EN14323: abrasion resistance Class 3A, scratch resistance N > 1.5, stain resistance level ≥ 3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, petrol), crack resistance level ≥ 3, cigarette burn resistance grade 3, water vapor resistance grade 4.
• Certificate of harmlessness regarding migration behavior, suitable for use in food-related areas.
• Covering normally flammable (B2) according to DIN 4102. Panel core made of chipboard according to EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light-grey antistatic ABS edging.

System base

• System base B1000 x T700 x H630-980 mm.
• 4-leg frame with two pairs of legs made from profile steel tube (45 x 45 x 3 mm) including depth bracing (center).
• Frame legs at top with integrated height adjustment using an aluminium profile (40 x 40 mm); the profile groove allows stepless adjustment of the working height.
• Cross braces of profile steel tube (35 x 35 x 2 mm) mounted under the worktop (front, rear) and depth braces of angle iron (40 x 35 x 2 mm) with mounting adapter (left, right).
• 4 swivel castors, 2 with locking brake; wheel diameter 100 mm; overall height 125 mm; tread made of thermoplastic rubber (grey, non-marking, 85° Shore); wheel core made of polypropylene.

• Shelf with melamine resin coating, B975 x T608 x S22 mm.
• Top and underside of the shelf also with light-grey melamine resin direct coating (properties as per the worktop).
