Description

Product description
  • 40 mm beech solid worktop. Beech strips finger-jointed; front edge radius, other edges chamfered.
  • Surface protection with eco-friendly lacquer-oil. Durable, pressure-resistant finish. 100% in-house production using PEFC-certified regional raw material.
  • System base dimensions: W999 x D650 x H840 mm.
  • Four-leg welded frame with two pairs of profile steel tube feet (45 x 45 x 2 mm) including depth braces (top and bottom). Feet fitted with end caps with anti-slip studs.
  • Under-mounted lowering mobile chassis with eccentric lever (right). Eccentric lever operation permitted up to a maximum load of 300 kg. Chassis can be locked/unlocked via eccentric lever.
  • Chassis with 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors: wheel diameter 100 mm, overall height 125 mm, tread thermoplastic rubber (non-marking, 85° Shore), wheel body polypropylene. Fixed castors left, swivel castors right (plate mounting).
  • Slide handles supplied loose.

  • 1 underbase container left, W330 x D650 x H620 mm with sliding door and vice mounting (jaw width 120 mm) with folding lift.
  • 1 underbase container right, W580 x D650 x H620 mm with 1 drawer (H180 mm) and 1 hinged door (H360 mm).
  • Drawer: internal W490 x D560 mm, load capacity 100 kg. Part-extension telescopic runners (90% travel) with self-return and anti-return device. Drawer pan fully closed to accept partition sets.
  • Hinged doors with self-closing spring hinges, opening up to 180°.
  • Continuous grip rail ErgoScript®: steel base with alu-colored overlay and integrated transparent cover (including labeling strip).
  • Central locking: pin-cylinder lock with 2 keys.
  • Bench vice: drop-forged, hardened, adjustable guides, MDS spindle mount, large anvil. Jaw width 120 mm, throat depth 82.5 mm, clamping range 146 mm, anvil 75 x 75 mm, total length 365 mm, base diameter 150 mm.
  • Folding lift: vice can be folded under the worktop; integrated height adjustment and swivel function for ergonomic use.
