One-piece, single-acting U-cup sealing element available in NBR and polyurethane (TPU). U-cup seals are active sealing elements: as system pressure increases, the force on the sealing lips increases, improving contact with the mating surface.
Application and suitability
The U-cup N1 features a symmetrical profile and is suited for both hydraulic and pneumatic systems. TPU versions offer high abrasion resistance and can be used as primary and secondary seals depending on system requirements.
