Product description The U-cup N5 is a one-piece, single-acting U-cup sealing element manufactured in polyurethane (TPU). It features a primary sealing lip and a secondary lip that increases sealing force with system pressure and reduces stick-slip, making it suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic sealing tasks.

Performance and application The U-cup N5 is designed for hydraulic and pneumatic applications. TPU compounds provide excellent abrasion resistance and allow the seal to function as both primary and secondary seal. Typical working pressure is up to 40 MPa depending on compound and operating conditions.

Material and options Standard material is TPU with a hardness of 93 Shore A. Alternative compounds, different hardness grades and colors are available on request to meet fluid compatibility and wear requirements.
