Product description
Stuftef SR is a single-acting sealing element that consists of a polyurethane (TPU) sealing lip and an O-ring as preload element. It is an active sealing element: as system pressure increases, the force on the sealing edge increases accordingly. Thanks to TPU's excellent abrasion resistance, Stuftef SR is particularly suitable as a secondary seal in redundant systems. The standard TPU blend has a hardness of 58 Shore D; other TPU compounds available on request. O-rings are available in various materials including NBR and FKM.
