OVERVIEW The ADT 780 series builds on the experience from the ADT 761 calibrators. The ADT780S laboratory pressure controller offers advanced functions with selectable measurement ranges (70 bar or 200 bar). Each unit is supplied with a preselected sensor from the available range to suit the application. Internal and external sensor modules extend measurement coverage while maintaining high accuracy.

Modular design Each unit is equipped with a selectable sensor from the catalogue. Standard sensors (ADT 160A-CP-XXX) use a silicone diaphragm and provide one-year accuracy of 0.02% full scale. For higher performance, aged quartz sensors deliver 0.005% reading + 0.005% full scale. After assembly every sensor is tested and compensated over 0 to 50°C. ADT780S accepts one internal and one external sensor, interchangeable via intelligent pressure modules. Every ADT780 includes an internal barometric sensor for relative or absolute calibrations.

Autonomous solution ADT780S units can be paired with an electric pump (EPUMP) generating up to 70 bar; a gas booster enables operation up to 200 bar. This configuration eliminates the need for a permanent gas bottle and improves solution mobility.
